We are delighted to share the amazing experience of our Annual Meet held at Hyderabad on 17th February. The event brought together all employees in Hyderabad who are associated with us for various projects along with the operation team at Hyderabad.

This gave an opportunity to meet our employees to know each other better and interact with the CXO team. Few of our Employees families had accompanied for the event , they felt extremely privileged to meet the CXO team and learn about the company culture and future roadmap.

Mr. Vineet Jain, CEO gave an inspiring speech, he briefly cited about the company history . He also touched upon the brighter aspects of the company’s growth, Technology Diversity, Global Expansion and future roadmap, etc., following the vision, values and culture of the company. Mr. Thulasidas ., COO, joined virtually from Dubai to address and motivate the team. We received enormous support from Mr. Hemanth S, CTO throughout the event.

Employees were awarded with trophies and certificates in the categories of long service, client appreciation, best performer, etc., Employees and their families had opportunity for panel discussion with the CXO team and Senior Management Team of BRT, Mr. Shreesh Katti, Senior Vice President – Staffing; Mr. RADHAKRISHNA ABBURU, Executive Vice President – Strategic Accounts and Mr. D Sashidhar Reddy, Senior Delivery Manager.

Our in-house MC, Krishnarjun Cn, hosted the evening and took us through some amazing team-building activities. The evening was fun filled with activities like individual performances, group performances, games, etc. Rohit Mittal captivated the crowd with a religious song in his wonderful voice. Special thanks to Madan and Hyderabad operation team for making necessary arrangements for the event.

The evening ended on a high note with votes of thanks by Mr. RADHAKRISHNA ABBURU followed by group pictures, music, souvenirs, and an amazing banquet cocktail dinner. It was a perfect way to wrap up a wonderful evening and celebrate our success together.
