I am with BRT for around 7 years now and involved with BRM based projects. My current engagement is with Dhiraagu project and like previous ones have been enriching. I manage multiple OSS/BSS servers inluding BRM, OSM. etc. BRT encourages employee to enhance one's skill set and promotes teamwork. Working with a whole team towards a common objective is exciting in itsel[Overall, it has been mutually beneficial relationship in a positive manner."

As the year winds down, If I have to think about the resolutions I have to make for the new year then I would like to be part of this wonderful organization for many more years. Being with BRT we're treated as family, not a bunch of employees, were friends at work and outside of work. Leaders treat us as equals and stay true to their word. The level of comfort where client like Dhiraagu feels with the BRT showcase how the dedication, hospitality, commendable work is done by BRT team. This organization have given me opportunity to work on projects on latest BRM technology and also encourages to enhance individual Skill set based on their interest. Being a part of this wonderful organization I feel proud to be called as a BRTian.

I am quite elated to work with Blue Rose Technologies and I would have to say that my engagement with various Top Notch International clients and Pega projects has been enriching. BRT has provided me a wider space in getting acquainted with the PEGA project life cycles and aided me in playing a pivotal role in establishing myself as an elegant Lead in challenging work environment. My journey in BRT started in May 2021. I feel so fortunate to have a job at this company, that too in telecom domain. As freshers need to build career in right path and improve their skills in technologies, so BRT is a great place for that. Working with professionals and their support help to explore more in projects and technologies. And also, I am very grateful for being a part of Dhiraagu project, my manager and my mentor supporting me and guiding me to improve my professional skills. I’m looking forward to working with BRT and see myself growing from a Fresher to an Experience person in the organization.

I am about to complete 5 years in BRT and what a fantastic journey it has been. Right now I am playing a key role in a Tier 1 customer project: Orange Business Services. There is lot of job satisfaction in this project since my role is multidimensional. Customer is very appreciative about my work, I am looking forward for many more years with BRT.

I am very happy that I joined as a software trainee in Blue Rose Technologies. I learnt many new things in these 2 months.
