1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Family Tree Social app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Family Tree Social is a social networking and communication application designed to help families connect, share memories, and stay in touch. The App allows users to:
• Create family profiles and family trees
• Share photos, videos, and messages with family members
• Track family events and milestones
• Connect with family members through location sharing
• Access premium features through in-app purchases

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. Children under 13 may be included in family profiles with verifiable parental consent, but cannot create their own accounts.

4. Account Registration and Security
To use features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or share through the App (“User Content”). You agree that your User Content will not:

• Contain harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene material

8. In-App Purchases and Payments
The App may offer premium features available through in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:
• Pay all applicable fees and charges

• Understand that refunds are subject to the policies of your app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)

Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software.

10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App. Prohibited uses include:
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users’ accounts
• Using automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Interfering with or disrupting the App’s servers or networks
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Using the App for commercial purposes without our written consent

11. Content Moderation and Removal
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms. However, we are not obligated to monitor all User Content and do not assume responsibility for content posted by users.

12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease, and we may delete your account and data.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015.

16. International Use
The App is operated from India and is intended for users in India, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. If you access the App from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice in the App or sending an email notification. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueRose Technologies Pvt. Ltd. regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
