| Detailed job description – Skill Set: | At least 5 year of experience of working on Coupa application | |||
| Creating of Coupa knowledge articles for the use by customers | ||||
| Experience in Coupa Power Applications like Invoice Smash, CCW, Service Maestro, Analytics. | ||||
| Experience and understanding of Production support. | ||||
| Ability to handle Coupa upgrade release activities. | ||||
| Ability to work in team environment | ||||
| Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently | ||||
| Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment | ||||
| Should Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment. Should be able to lead small projects with team. | ||||
| Should know how to prepare Solution Blueprint, Functional design Documents, Integration documents, process design documents. | ||||
| Should be able to prepare content as necessary to conduct solution workshops | ||||
| Should have good understanding to conduct workshops with client to gather high level requirements. | ||||
| Have the ability to conduct and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) necessary for the project | ||||
| Have good presentation skills to present Conference Room Pilot (CRP) to demonstrate the solution and capture user feedback | ||||
| Should have the ability to convert high level requirements to low level requirements | ||||
| Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, process flows and diagrams | ||||
| Should be able to delegate relevant work to team members, track the progress, and resolve issues | ||||
| Should be expert to review Technical Design Document with team. | ||||
| Support testing related activities (ST, SIT and UAT) as deemed necessary. | ||||
| Resolve the test defects |
