Detailed job description – Skill Set: At least 5 year of experience of working on Coupa application 
 Creating of Coupa knowledge articles for the use by customers
 Experience in Coupa Power Applications like Invoice Smash, CCW, Service Maestro, Analytics.
 Experience and understanding of Production support.
 Ability to handle Coupa upgrade release activities.
 Ability to work in team environment 
 Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently
 Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
 Should Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment. Should be able to lead small projects with team.
 Should know how to prepare Solution Blueprint, Functional design Documents, Integration documents, process design documents. 
 Should be able to prepare content as necessary to conduct solution workshops
 Should have good understanding to conduct workshops with client to gather high level requirements.
 Have the ability to conduct and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) necessary for the project
 Have good presentation skills to present Conference Room Pilot (CRP) to demonstrate the solution and capture user feedback
 Should have the ability to convert high level requirements to low level requirements
 Should be good at defining the business process, business requirements, process flows and diagrams
 Should be able to delegate relevant work to team members, track the progress, and resolve issues
 Should be expert to review Technical Design Document with team.
 Support testing related activities (ST, SIT and UAT) as deemed necessary.
 Resolve the test defects
