Pre-Sales and Sales process was maintained in Siebel and other CRM stand alone systems with the Account/Opportunity Management by Business earlier
Customer was chosen for Cloud based SAP System to maintain Pre-Sales/Sales process for the SFA – Sales Force Automation process execution with Opportunity Management life cycle and the Prospect Account Management (Targeted Customer) initiated and executed from C4C system replicated/integrated to Siebel CRM System and then full life cycle of further Account Hierarchy and Order fulfillment happening in Siebel and that Sales Order against to Targeted Customer should be Integrated to C4C System.
Migration of all existing Customers (all Hierarchy Accounts/Contacts) from Siebel CRM to C4C Cloud System, the solution was provided with Real Time Integration (RTI/EAI) via IBM DP rather than Batch Jobs (EIM)
No downtime taken during the Migration process
Automated RCR’s and Control-M tool were used
For Live transaction between the C4C ← → Siebel, Real Time Integration Asynchronous solution has been provided to replicate Accounts/Contacts/Hierarchy/Relationships/Orders transactional data
Approx. 2.5 millions of Accounts/Contacts migrated to SAP C4C Cloud system from Siebel
B2B Customer – GSM, Non-GSM and FTTH – (Network subscribers) channels data migrated
SAP is being Master for Prospect Customers which will be replicated to Siebel from C4C and all further Hierarchy Accounts will be created and replicated back to SFA – C4C from Siebel
Around 20 Real Time Integrations implemented as part SFA B2B Project (SFA – C4C óIBM DP ó Siebel)
SAP has centralized 360 view to facilitating customer to view all its Account related Payments, Service Requests and Order details for last 180 days which fetches from Siebel in Realtime and display it on 360 view.
Hardware recommendations for better performance
Business had made single Master Centralized System which is C4C Cloud System for all Prospect Accounts (Targeted Customers) created as part SFA Process and it will replicated to Siebel CRM only.
Siebel being made as a Master system for all further Hierarchy Accounts (Billing/Departmental/Service Accounts..etc and those will be Integrated to C4C in Real time
Order Process and fulfillment continue to Siebel being master and Orders will be Integrated to C4C once Order fulfilled
Reduced maintaining multiple systems
Cost and resources also has been reduced accordingly
